Allison Geoscience Consultants, Inc. has completed many highly successful projects that involve some aspect of geochemical modeling.  We are a leading company in the application of MINTEQA2 to real-world geochemical problems.  Our most notable projects include:  

  • Developed partition coefficients (as a function of total system metal concentration) for nine metals in the US EPA's Hazardous Waste Identification Rule (HWIR) modeling.
  • Edited the thermodynamic database to add species involving cobalt(II), cesium, and tetraalkylammonium for Sandia National Laboratory.
  • We updated and corrected data values for metal-organic complexes in MINTEQA2's thermodynamic database for the US EPA.
